Make Your Own Kit Option

In a hurry to collect a DNA specimen or get your DNA test results? Don't need the results to be used in court?

We understand that sometimes you only have a short amount of time to collect a DNA sample from someone. and do not want to wait for a DNA collection kit to arrive. Maybe you want to be discreet about the testing and don't want anything to arrive at your home to ensure additional privacy. We allow you the option to make your own DNA collection kit when collecting specimens from at home DNA testing.

You can use standard cotton swabs ("Q-tips") instead of our buccal swabs, and this method is just as accurate as collecting DNA using our kit. Choose this option on your order form when you select your DNA collection kit test choice. Due to AABB requirements this option is not available for legally admissible testing.
