We value your privacy and the security of your information. The client portal is for all existing clients who have a case pending or have received results in the last 30 days.
Your DNA Test Results
Once our laboratory has received the DNA samples from all tested parties, we will complete your DNA relationship test generally within 1- 5 business days, depending on the specific test you ordered. There are times when extended testing may be necessary due to a number of factors which are out of our control (genetic mutations, quality of DNA samples, etc). Our testing lab, which is AABB accredited, will not release results until they are satisfied that the results are accurate. Should extra testing be needed in your case, please know that everyone is working as fast as possible to provide you with your results, without sacrificing the quality of the results.
You will be notified by email when your samples are in process and when test results are ready, which you can access using the email address and the password you provided on your order form. Please make certain that you have added the following email to your address book to help avoid our email notifications going to your spam or junk folder: clientservices@biogenednatesting.
Updates are posted once per day, by 8:00 PM PST for information, and/or results, that the lab releases that day.
You will not be able to login to your page until the DNA samples from all persons indicated on your order form, and all necessary documents (if any), are returned to the lab. If you believe that all samples have been returned to the lab, please provide the tracking number from returning your DNA samples that show delivery to the lab in a Support Ticket.
If you are a current Bio-Gene DNA client and have a question concerning your case, please complete a Support Ticket on the Client Support page. and provide as much detailed information as possible. Calls for support issues to our staff will be referred to this page for you to complete a support ticket for questions concerning an existing case.
Due to privacy and confidentiality regarding your case, we respond only by email to the person ordering the DNA test (the email included on the support form must match the email provided at the time of the order). We do this to help eliminate unauthorized persons from obtaining information concerning you case. Your privacy is important to us!
Our company policy prohibits the release or discussion of test results over the phone. They can only be delivered electronically.
