Guaranteed to be the most accurate paternity test available.
Our private home paternity test uses 25 markers instead of the standard 16 markers, and is the most accurate home paternity test available.
The cost difference is minimal, but the accuracy of the results are over 1,000 times more powerful using a 25 marker home DNA paternity test instead of the standard 16 marker test that other companies provide. To be included as the biological father, a man must match on a total of 23 of the 25 markers. 22 or fewer matched alleles and the alleged father will automatically be excluded from any possibility as the biological father.
Bio-Gene DNA’s home paternity test is processed under the same the strict protocol as our accredited legal paternity testing, under AABB accredited laboratory conditions, just without the chain of custody or the added cost of a third-party collection. You can rest assured that you will receive 100% accurate and reliable DNA paternity test results.
Fast results that are 100% accurate. One day processing is available.
Rush processing is available with results delivered in ONE business day after all sample have arrived. There is an additional cost of $75.00 for one day processing. One day DNA results are not available for alternative samples.

Common questions about paternity testing
The DNA specimens will be correctly matched at the DNA laboratory for each case using the unique case number. When ordering online, simply select the option of two or more kits (depending on the number of people testing) on the order form and enter the additional name and address in the box that will automatically show when this selection is made!
“Cheap” isn’t always the least expensive option
Bio-Gene’s Home DNA Paternity Test is actually less expensive than “drug store” tests. The average cost of a test kit at stores like CVS or Walgreen’s is $30.00 plus tax. The tests you purchase at a retail store do not include lab processing fees which can add another $150.00 to perform the actual lab processing. You also have send your DNA samples at your cost to the lab and the fees for alternate samples, if accepted, can be very expensive.
We are able to perform the most accurate paternity testing available, comparing 25 specific genetic markers, at a price that is far less than you would end up paying with a retail packaged test kit.
Yes. If a person believes that he is the biological father, and he matches on 14 out of 16 makers using a lower marker test, he is considered, and will be responsible for the child as the biological father. If that same man takes a 25 marker test and matches on 14, or even 16, of the 25 markers he could not possibly be the true father of the child.
Wrong DNA paternity test results from the low marker tests could misidentify the father, causing emotional and financial difficulties (child support, medical payments, etc) due to a false positive. Make certain that when you are taking an at home DNA paternity test, that you test using a high marker test, like Bio-Gene DNA’s Home Paternity Test.

How to collect DNA samples for paternity testing
In most cases it is not necessary to obtain the mother’s sample when performing a DNA paternity test. If you do choose to add the mother’s sample, we will add her to the case at no additional charge on an 25 marker paternity tests!
The most accurate method to obtain a usable DNA sample is to use a buccal swab, which is very similar to a “Q-tip” cotton swab, The swabs are rubbed on the inside cheeks of the mouth for about 15 second per side. It is painless and quick. When it is not possible to obtain a buccal sample voluntarily or if you wish to have DNA paternity testing to be done in a more private manner, we are often able to test alternative samples, at a slight additional cost. To learn more about alternative DNA samples, please CLICK HERE.
For discreet, private paternity testing, you do not have to obtain consent for testing either the alleged father or the child when performing a non-legal test. The results are only provided to the person who orders the test, unless specific written instructions to release the test results to other individuals is provided to us.
